Rather than add to an already lengthy post with many other issues about transaction status, I wanted to ask about transactions in open status when I'm reconciling. I find that the most common thing I need to do when reconciling an account in MW to my physical account is to exclude open transactions. The options I have in MW is to "check all" which seems to apply to all open transactions as well as all cleared transactions that were cleared within the date range I'm reconciling. I'd like to be able to exclude my open transactions automatically or with an option, like maybe a check box next to "check all" that says "exclude open transactions". For those of us that download, open transactions almost always pertain to transactions that have not yet cleared and therefore would not be part of what I need to reconcile. For those that don't download, then open transactions are in fact the ones you need to reconcile so an option would be nice.
