Yeah, that's what I figured.  Unfortunately, my insurance due date
doesn't change annually.  The payment may be a few dollars different
(but would set it up w/ $0.00), but the plan is always the same:  Feb.
1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1.

Not the end of the world, and I'm sure this is a special case and not
the norm, but I guess this is where I request more flexibility in
scheduling transactions in a future release. ;)
