I'm guessing this is an artifact of MoneyWell trying to convert your
annual amounts into monthly amounts (i.e. dividing by 12) and having
to round. When it then tries to show the annual amount, it multiples
this rounded number and some precision is lost.

For example:
$80 per year / 12 = $6.6666667 per month -> rounded to 6.67 * 12 =
80.04
$40 per year / 12 = $3.3333333 per month -> rounded to 3.33 * 12 =
39.96
