When I first tried to add my BoA account (I selected the first option that shows up when you do a search for "Bank of America"), I got an error that said I need to call a toll free number to activate the direct connect feature. My wife called to enable it a few days ago, and now when I go to try to create the account I get a new error message: "[0] ERROR The connection timed out trying to access the URL for this financial institution."
Has anyone experienced this error? Is there a general issue with connecting to BoA right now?
