Hello, Yes, the concept of envelope budgeting works better than most for people with flexible incomes. I'm not sure why the daily amount isn't saving for your planned amount but it should. How much are you putting in? Back to budgeting for flexible income, MoneyWell helps you proactively manage your cash flow. When you plan your spending, use amounts that are at or near your minimum values for a month. Then use your extra income above that amount to build up a buffer of cash flow that you can draw from in the lower months and add to in the higher ones.
