Hello,

I'm still new to MoneyWell as of 3 days ago. I added 2 new accounts
from Fidelity (Roth and Rollover IRAs) via the automatic account
creation setting as Fidelity was one of the banks available on the
list. However, after the account is created, when I click onto either
of the accounts, they are both blank. It is able to download all of
the correct ID information, but just no transactions are shown. I then
proceed to click on the download button and the process of downloading
begins as I see it downloading an OFX file. But it stops immediately
and then states the following:

[400] ERROR There was a problem accessing the URL for this financial
institution

I then contacted Fidelity to ask whether a direct connect feature had
to be turned on on their end. They informed me that the feature is
already on automatically and that only Quicken and some other program
can access it.

Am I doing something wrong? My username and password seem to be
correct. Any help would be much appreciated.
