I have to ask this, just out our curiosity.

Why hang on to 10 years of data?  I could see keeping certain expenses  
handy, such as for long term items such as a home that's had repairs  
and improvements.  You'd need that for Cost Basis calculations.  Long  
held stocks as well.

As for your misc. sources of money.  Heck, make it simple.  Make a  
bucket called Other Sources.  MoneyWell is very simple to use.  If  
after a while you want to change that bucket to some else, just rename  
it.  Or merge it with another bucket.
