nope. transfers don't go into any buckets as they are captured when
the money comes into the original account (say a pay check) or out of
the account as money spent.

You are correct though, Graph Bucket Optional Transactions was on.
That's not a particularly clear description of what the function
does... Turning it off did exactly what I wanted, thanks :)
