Hello, I really enjoy your software and recently purchased it after trying it out over the weekend. When I first got started I could connect to my bank with no issues, however I am currently getting this error when I try to add Bank of the West as a Direct Connect bank.
[0] ERROR The connection timed out trying to access the URL for this financial institution. Since I noticed this sort of problem generally requires that I send you my ofxlog.txt file I have taken the liberty of doing so.
