I've set up everything fresh again. Following the instructions from the article on "How to Reconcile" (i.e., I left the starting balance at $0 and inputted the ending balance and date from my last statement). When I "Check All", it shows a significant difference.
Since all these transactions were downloaded directly from Bank of America (none of them were manually added by me), I don't understand how there could possibly be a difference ...
