David, I'll let Kevin answer this one but why are you reconciling right off the bat? Right after downloading your info? Isn't reconciling supposed to be used when you input some entries yourself, as you spend, and then reconcile after you've done the download? I never input by hand so I never reconcile. I may be totally off base here but you sound desperate...
