Now that my Bank of America account is imported and apparently reconciled, I'm trying to add a checking account that I have with another bank, PNC Bank (which is in your list of institutions). I have entered the information for the account, but it doesn't show up in my list of accounts.
Questions: (1) Is the best way to do this to choose "New Account" (I would prefer to have all my accounts in one window) or "New Document" (different window for each bank)? (2) Why doesn't the PNC bank checking account show up after I've added it? Why doesn't MoneyWell import the account details? (3) I see PNC Bank listed among the "Connect" choices under the Online Banking section of the Account Detail pane ... but no listing of the PNC checking account under "Accounts". (4) What happens if I click the "Reset" button in the Account Detail pane? Where is the full documentation for this program?
