Dear Sumit bhai, Thats good idea, I would love to volunteer the idea. May be a TeleCenter will help a lot in this idea. I was trying to organize and distribute my idea through the telecenter concept. As well as I will have an exclusive idea for free to provide the content. May be we can get help from GrameenPhone CIC project they will have 500 CIC (the Brand CyberCafe) around the country and of them 13 will be in Noakhali, even GP will develop local content.
