Personally I think we shouldn't go to talk about Caretaker Govt.'s Rights. Because we selected them to lead this Country for a certain period. But, I agree somehow our Constitution violated by this Govt. as we have a bindings of 90 Days in our constitution. Though it's our lawmaker's fault that "If any Critical Problem comes out then 90 days period will extended to 120/160 days or not" was not realized in 1996 when the Caretaker Govt. law approved. Maybe because of in absence of Opposition Party, Ruling party did that mistake. As far I know no other but only Bangladesh use to go with Caretaker Govt. for a fair election what make us clear that none of our Political parties are responsible enough for a fair and good election. However, I think its another failure of Caretaker Govt. that they failed to control the financial crisis and day by day this crisis's is become painful for us.
