Il semble que le patch 172 n'a pas fonctionné, pourriez-vous refaire la
mise à jour avec install.php et surtout mettre Noalyss en mode debug
(voir https://wiki.noalyss.eu/doku.php?id=faq )
Une fois que l'erreur sera visible on pourra facilement la corriger
Aussi : version de postgresql et version PHP
