disregard this -- need to install this b/c of ovirt-cim. when ovirt-cim has
systemd and sysv services separate, then move this to the else
Line 135: %{__install} -p -m0755 scripts/ovirt-cim %{buildroot}%{_initrddir}
this needs to be installed regardless until we have ovirt-cim.service and
ovirt-cim sysv script
