right, the config.js gives you a place to store paths to different 
locations and non-node dependencies and the targets subdirectory holds the 
actual targets that the builder runs. The targets can have 
interdependencies and there is even a way to run targets with dynamic 
parameters.

I'm working on docs but it may be a while before they're done due to some 
family stuff that I need to take care of.... I'll let you know when those 
are done but feel free to continue to ask questions and I'll answer them 
as/when I can.
