In the dist tarballs. A short sentence about those given permissions in e.g. the LICENSE file might be enough.
If paths are mentionned, beware that doc/api/api/assets/ contains the green twitter logo too. Removing the website but letting doc/api in the dist tarball would probably be a good thing.
