I'm working on a media server and I'm having problems with events being
lost. Only on ARM. Works as expected on x86 (but I'm hoping to get this on
raspberry pi).

I'm trying to get a reduced test case to submit for a bug report.

The problem is that under low load I don't see the problem. When indexing
700GiB of music, movies, and documents.... that's another story.

I can see that setTimeout is actually losing events (console.log before,
after, and inside), but I'm still trying to reproduce it without the heavy
io load.

I'm also looking into using Go for the system io and Node just for the web
interface.
