When invoking: node debug script.js < input_file
I get the error: AssertionError: stdin must be initialized before calling setRawMode. This appears to be unrelated to my code, I've got process.stdin.resume() as the first line of the script file. If I don't redirect input to the script (without making any other changes) the debugger starts properly. Is this a bug, or is there a workaround I should be aware of?
