Well, the nearest you get is setting up JMeter as HTTP proxy on localhost and then pointing you browser to that proxy and browsing through your site - JMeter will populate the testplan for you this way :) I mean, I wish I could also generate the testplan for some code, but well ... may be I'll end up writing that one day!
