I'm looking for help with an issue I'm having with node 0.6.15. The details are at https://github.com/joyent/node/issues/3113, but the short version is that I have a native addon with a dependency on another library with its own gyp file, and running 'npm install . -g' from the addon's directory fails with an error stating that the dependency's gyp file does not exist. This previously built successfully in v0.6.13.
Is this sort of thing something that is out of bounds and not intended, or should it be working? Any help is greatly appreciated.
