Hey, Being an old thread, but I thought I should mention that Node.js 0.6.14 is known to run on MIPS: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.javascript.nodejs/40639 and one might want to run it on something like NetLogin multi-core MIPS64: http://www.netlogicmicro.com/Products/MultiCore/
