Hi all!

I've been playing with 'net' library for a while and I've seen things I'd
like to confirm:

Adjusting the value of Server.maxConnections and making some clients to
connect to the server I've observed that once maxConnections is reached,
the server refuses all incoming connections, no matter if the number of
active connections (Server.connections) decreases, and the only thing that
I can do is to close the server calling close() because it doesn't do it by
itself. I was wondering if this is the desired behaviour or it's wrong...

On the other hand, and knowing that it colud be little useful, where can i
ask to add the feature of emitting a 'maxConnections' event or implement it
and ask to commit in source code? (This or any new feature in general).

Thanks everybody!
