If I call fs.read using a buffer that is equal to or smaller than the
size of a file, will fs.read ever return a value for bytesRead that is
less than the size of the buffer to the callback?
If I call fs.write using a buffer that is equal to or smaller than the
size of a file, will fs.write ever return a value for bytesRead that is
less than the size of the buffer to the callback?
That is, can these functions get interrupted and not fill the entire
buffer, even if there are bytes available to fill the entire buffer?
