Connection runs in separate thread from thread pool so for JS it is
asynchronous.
This is not a competion but comparison gives motivation to improve library.

The problem is that I can not run next query until I fetch prevoius result,
but you can. And this is just design problem.
Primitive calls to server are anyway synchronous - i.e. you can not run
next command until you receive result of previous (except with addtional
connection).
