Do you have a dedicated IP? If not you have to get one. Have you put in a 
request to the Bluehost support team to open whatever protocols in/out on 
whatever port you need? If not you have to do that. I just went through 
this myself. Told them to open ingoing and outgoing for both udp and tcp on 
the port I wanted to use because I was planning on doing a lot of 
experimenting with it^^ Good Luck! Hope that helped!
