I'm sure you have good intentions, but the general tone of this post seems illegitimate.
I'd be wary of being any project pitched this way, and recommend against any developer exposing themselves to the possibility of exploit for the promise of "10k in 14 days". If you are serious Joseph Khoury, I'd recommend a more serious approach. Who is "we" and why would anyone spend such resources on building a custom CMS when there are many available for free?
