I started out by writing my own very minimal test framework, and slowly started adding critical features until it became obvious that I would benefit by using an existing library instead. After looking at a few of the options I chose mocha and never looked back.
Mocha has a ton of terrific features, and it is very flexible with support for a variety of reporters and testing styles. The killer feature for me was the elegant support for async tests. It's one of those tools that is so well designed that I can't imagine how I would make it better. -- Job Board: http://jobs.nodejs.org/ Posting guidelines: https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/Mailing-List-Posting-Guidelines You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "nodejs" group.
