I'm not sure I understand your question, but I think you are asking how to make a client-side javascript generated page accessible to search bots. This isn't really a node question but I'll reply anyway.
In the past I've always created separate pages for search bots with simple pages that dump all the content at once. Nowadays google actually runs js on the page so that they get the same page that the user sees but only the initial version. So if your js usage was limited this might be good enough.
