I've been hacking a bunch of modules lately related to home automation. I thought I would share them and see what else people are working on in this arena.
*Current Projects* Elkington <https://github.com/kevinohara80/elkington> - A module for interfacing with the Elk M1 Gold Automation controller. This is still a work in process as the protocol is large and time consuming to parse. All of the cool stuff is in there already though. Shef <https://github.com/kevinohara80/shef> - This is a small module that I wrote to control DIRECTV boxes. Honestly, the http interface on the boxes is pretty simple and you could just use request if you wanted *Upcoming Projects* - ISY 99i Module. The ISY 99i is a really great automation controller for Insteon (and X10) based networks - Foscam IP camera control module. Anyone else have anything cool on the home automation front? -- Job Board: http://jobs.nodejs.org/ Posting guidelines: https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/Mailing-List-Posting-Guidelines You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "nodejs" group.
