I just noticed that the return value of setInterval function in chrome/node
are different.

In chrome the setInterval function returns a integer as the id, but in node
0.8.14, it return a object like this:
```
{ ontimeout: [Function] }
```

and the ontimeout function itself look like this:
```
function () {
    callback.apply(timer, args);
  }
```

Can someone kind enough to explain me, why?
