sorry question 2 DecipherInitIv error is due to an mistake. the decipher
was created successfully by:

    cipher = crypto.createDecipheriv(
      'des-cbc',
      new Buffer('24aea6fe8aedbcea', 'hex'),
      new Buffer('f34c3e65cfc7b5c9', 'hex'))
