Well a dependency can be heavy and amazing at the same time. fibers is an extensions that has to be built which can cause problems in some environment. --harmony is merely a command line flag, I give you that, but still forces every package that depends on this autoload module (and also every package that depends on packages depending on this module) to use this flag.
