Hi Andrey,
thanks a lot. I will study these links...I have basic ideas, that I have 
generators for API (Oracle Stored procedures), and now I would like to 
generate restfull api above it via some scalable technology (performance 
and scalability is needed).
I'm not professional in web, only on database and data :o).
