Weird. Looks like the x64 and x86 windows uploads tried to clobber one another. (The .exp etc files were all from the x64 build, and the msi was in the root of the folder, as well as in x64/). Probably user-error on my part.
Fixed, and corrected shasums uploaded, signed, and updated on the blog post. (I also verified that these are the copies that I originally built, just in case there was some kind of malfeasance.)
