Thanks,  I thought about it more, and I think the answer is to be diligent 
about managing all your callbacks, event emitters, and promises.  Domains 
are great way to handle unexpected errors from within your asynchronous 
calls, but as far as handling normal returns / other events, the answer 
seems to be to manage them yourself.  Still, a domain that could handle 
other events besides errors would be cool.
