What changelog "standard" do you support? I provide changelog with my 
package, but It's not provided within gemnasium, see 
e.g. https://gemnasium.com/npms/cli-color/ 
and https://github.com/medikoo/cli-color/blob/master/CHANGES

Other important note, you treat names case insensitive, which is right for 
recent submissions, but in old days npm was case sensitive, and it was 
possible to publish different packages under same (different cased) name. 
Check https://npmjs.org/package/deferred 
and https://npmjs.org/package/Deferred they're two different packages, and 
they're presented incorrectly by gemnasium
