My understanding is that the webOS port was a nontrivial project, so you'd 
probably have to devote significant resources to it.

While Node has been ported to Windows, WinCE is a different OS, so only 
some of the adaptions for Windows will be useful.

Another hurdle is that many modules only run on *nix OSs, so you may need 
to port the modules you'd like to use as well.
