Commit from Isaac
w/fix:
https://github.com/joyent/node/commit/4401bb47bfa4fe72c2755c428577903ece5cfaa0
The issue that Ben linked to, https://github.com/joyent/node/issues/5114, I
posted to the group for opinions on Friday
here: https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/nodejs/ffXeRFp4KrE

At any rate, like Isaac said, in 0.10.x+ domains internally use
`process._fatalException` allowing domains to intercept errors before
emitting uncaughtException. Effectively allowing domains to suppress
uncaughtException events. Try it yourself:

$ node -e "process._fatalException = function(err) {console.log('here',
err.stack)}; null.foo"

It allows domains to avoid breaking mocha tests (which use
uncaughtException), etc...

Cheers,
Adam Crabtree
