I hereby agree to grant a MIT/BSD/ISC compatible license for any code I
post publicly to my github account under "creationix".  If I forget to
document this while creating a project and your employer's lawyers require
more documentation, please send me a friendly pull request and I'll try to
promptly accept it.  If I don't respond within a few hours, I'm either busy
writing more code or spending time with my family.  You have permission to
ping me via email/twitter/skype or even phone if you have the number.

I imagine most other module authors on this list feel the same way about
their open source work.  I care about legal paperwork as I expect most
users of facebook care if the click handler uses promises or callbacks.
