I'm not sure to get your point about try/catch/finally being expensive. It 
looks like that in Node.js current codebase, this is how domains catch 
exceptions and convert them to "error" events. If you need to match an 
exception to its current HTTP request in order to send a response, you have 
to use try/catch at some point. Correct?
