A move event is a delete and immediately followed by a create event. You need a timer to implement a move event, it's the only way to do this and it's not 100% exact because the second create event can be indeed a rename/move event or a new file with the same name. That's why this move event can be disabled because it can be a "mv a b" or "rm a && touch b". fs.watch() notifies these events in the same tick of the event loop.
