https://npmjs.org/doc/developers.html says: version: A semver-compatible version.
So http://semver.org/ gives an example at point 12: Example: 1.0.0-alpha < 1.0.0-alpha.1 < 1.0.0-beta.2 < 1.0.0-beta.11 < 1.0.0-rc.1 < 1.0.0-rc.1+build.1 < 1.0.0 < 1.0.0+0.3.7 < 1.3.7+build < 1.3.7+build.2.b8f12d7 < 1.3.7+build.11.e0f985a. Can we assume npm will give us the above order? Thanks! Gabriel PS: I did not want to spam the npm registry with another test module and I did not find a test to test semver in https://github.com/isaacs/npm/tree/master/test -- -- Job Board: http://jobs.nodejs.org/ Posting guidelines: https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/Mailing-List-Posting-Guidelines You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "nodejs" group.
