1. Publish your project idea to git. At this point it doesn't matter if it works. Someone will immediately contribute it and fix up the bugs. 2. Make sure it has a fairly high revision level to start out. That way lots of people will download it and you have the best chance of getting some contributors. 3. Do as many of these projects as possible so people will know how creative you are. 4. Finally, make sure your full name is on everything so the credit will go where the credit is due.
