The docs show this in an example:

var s = fs.ReadStream(filename);

I was surprised at this. ReadStream is a class, so this is calling the
constructor directly (and without new).

Is this fine? Or is it just an oversight, and it should be calling the
factory function fs.*create*ReadStream instead?
