every project that have to handle thousands of concureent requests without 
computing much. but if your project is a classic webproject, that others 
ould do wit rails or php, than i recomend too use a node web framework like 
express or similar. some go so far to use a rails-clone like compound, 
geddy, etc. there are like quazillions of such frameworks on npm...
