Hi, this is more of an RFC. I've created https://github.com/tristanls/control-rod-assembly to solve a problem of being able to control (at runtime) multiple event emitters and event handlers being added and removed as needed.
I feel like I am re-inventing something that probably already exists. I also think I'm re-inventing a pattern I should already know about. Has someone already done something similar?
