Where are you hosting it?
I made my own customized theme, but I was unable to modify the HTML so as
to create a navbar beneath the header with the RSS link. See below.

This is running off localhost. Right now, the "navbar" is just a thick
border-bottom! I would need it to serve as a container for links, such as
the RSS feed and a few other text links.
And then I'll need tags on the right hand side, which is the blank orange
bar.
