I have a migration utiltity with a subcommand `console` to launch
Postgresql's `psql` utility. I just want to launch it as if I typed it into
the terminal.
So far I have tried with node 0.10.23
cp.spawn('psql', [...], {stdio: 'ignore', detached: true}
cp.spawn('psql', [...], {stdio: 'inherit', detached: true}
I even tried the pty.js library to no avail.
